Free shipping is offered by Gen'C Béauty on any $60+ online purchases to all provinces in Canada. Merchandise total must reach $60+ after all discounts are applied and before any provincial taxes. Our free shipping offer is not a guarantee that the package will be delivered by any specific date and is subject to Gen'C Béauty’s terms, conditions and availability. Gen'C Béauty reserves the right to end or modify this promo at any time.
Orders for in-stock merchandise placed on a business day are usually processed within the same day. Orders should arrive within 3-5 business days, however Gen'C Béauty cannot guarantee any specific processing time, and processing times may vary in the event of natural disaster, inclement weather or peak periods.
The Transportation of Dangerous Goods regulation is known as TDG. Transport Canada is responsible for developing and monitoring safety standards and regulations concerning dangerous goods in Canada. Dangerous goods (also known as hazardous materials in the U.S.) are commodities that, when transported, pose a risk to health, safety, property or the environment. Certain items considered dangerous goods including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g. pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted and required to be shipped by standard, ground-only transport due to air transport restrictions and regulations. Gencbeauty.com is committed to getting your products to you as fast as possible, in the most safe and responsible way. This is why Ground Shipping is required for all such items.
Returns and Exchanges
Most items purchased on Gencbeauty.com may be returned to our storefront location - 7295 Rapistan Court, Mississauga, Canada, or via mail if you do not live in the area. Orders are eligible for return within 2 weeks of when you receive them, provided they meet the following guidelines:
- Items should be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Items that are returned defaced or damaged are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
- In the case of receiving a damaged item(s) or shipping back damages, please contact Customer Service prior to taking any actions.
- Credit will always be issued to the same method of payment for which the item was paid for.
- Shipping is refunded and a return shipping label is provided only if the item was shipped incorrectly, damaged, or is defective. In all other cases, return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.
- Please include the packing list that came with your order in your return packaging or when you visit the store.
Exceptions to Regular Returns
- Lash Extensions: Due to health and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns of these items. Lash extenstions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. This policy is strictly enforced.
- Electrical Items: These may be returned to the Gencbeauty.com fulfillment center within 15 days of delivery, or to our storefront location within 15 days of delivery. Please note, your packing list/receipt is needed for in-store returns.
- Promotional and Free Items: Promotional items and free items must be returned with the merchandise it was offered with in order for a return to be processed. Promotional and free items are non-returnable by themselves.
- Hygienic items and makeup tools: Any hygienic items and makeup tools must be returned unopened to be eligible for refund or exchange, unless the product received was found to be defective upon opening. For hygienic reasons, these items cannot be exchanged or returned. This policy is strictly enforced.
